    Truthfullness

    Posted by admin to Business

Too much alibi can destroy someones trust. It is better yo be straight forward than to live in a world of lies. When you have done something wrong, just admit it since everybody is imperfect. We can not be perfect to all the things that we were doing. Although we were afraid for the outcome,we must prepare ourselves since it was the real story and nothing lies behind it.

My secretary in the office wanted to talk to me personally. So I let her go inside my office and to have a sit at the side of my table. She then said that something wrong was done by her, she made adjustments on the Small Business Loans of the company. At first, I thought that it was for good but she then said that those Business Loans papers contains large amount which was not originally stated at the Business Loan. Then she said that someone on my staff asked her to do it.
